🚀 RocketBeats Weekend Immersive – Berlin 🚀

We are beyond excited to welcome the RocketBeats team from London to Berlin for an exclusive weekend immersive — a rare opportunity to train directly with the creators of this powerful, playful, and seriously addictive style of yoga.

RocketBeats is a modern, dynamic, breath-driven yoga system with a growing international community. It blends strength, creativity, and intelligent movement in a way that will challenge your body and completely rewire the way you think about practice.

What is RocketBeats?

RocketBeats is a fun, challenging and highly intelligent yoga method inspired by Rocket Yoga and other movement disciplines.

At its core, the system explores 4 directional movement patterns — always the same structure, always evolving sequences:

🔺 UP
Upper body strength, shoulders & arms
Arm balances, inversions, binds & transitions

🔻 DOWN
Lower body strength, hips & legs
Standing balances, hip mobility & stability

➡️ FORWARDS
Forward folding mechanics
Hip compression, pressing & floating transitions

⬅️ BACKWARDS
Backbending & back-body activation
Core stability, spinal extension & heart opening

The magic lies in balance:
strength vs mobility, control vs freedom, effort vs ease.

"✨" Turnin Inward – An Autumn Ayurveda Retreat"✨"

Nature knows when to let go. Do we?
Every autumn, nature goes through a remarkable transition.
Leaves fall. Days become shorter. The air changes. What was once growing and expanding slowly begins to retreat.
Nature doesn’t resist this shift. It simply responds.
We, on the other hand, often continue at exactly the same pace — filling our days, moving from one thing to the next, carrying everything with us as we head towards the busiest months of the year.
Turning Inward is an invitation to pause.

For three days, we’ll retreat to Mirabellenhof in the Brandenburg countryside and explore what it might feel like to move with the season rather than against it.

Through yoga, Ayurveda, silent walks, seasonal food, sauna and simple autumn rituals, we’ll create space to slow down, ground and notice what we might be ready to let go of — and what we want to nourish instead.
There will be practices and workshops, but there will also be something equally important:

space.

Space for long brunches and slow afternoons. For tea and cake. For reading, walking, sleeping, talking or doing absolutely nothing. A weekend to feel the change of season rather than simply watch it pass.
