The Power of Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice that builds strength, mobility, and presence through intelligent sequencing.

Rocket Yoga, rooted in the Ashtanga system, adds a playful and progressive edge — introducing arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions in an accessible way.

Together, these methods give you a versatile and confident teaching foundation.

Meet your teachers

Betti has been teaching for over eight years and has founded four yoga studios. With 700+ hours of YTT, she brings depth, experience, and serious professional grounding to this training.

She is known for her anatomical intelligence and technical precision. Her approach is clear, structured, and demanding in the best way. Students learn how the body actually works, how to sequence with intention, and how to teach safely and responsibly.

At the same time, Betti teaches with creativity. Strong physical practice meets intelligent design. She encourages students to think independently, refine their voice, and develop real confidence — not just perform shapes.

Her standards are high, her feedback honest, and her commitment to quality uncompromising.

Dalma teaches with depth, clarity, and creativity. With 500+ YTT and years of studio leadership — including co-founding two studios with Betti — she brings both philosophical understanding and real-world experience into the room.

She leads the philosophy and Sanskrit modules of the training, making complex ideas tangible and relevant. Her work connects movement, language, and meaning — helping students understand not only what yoga teaches, but how to embody it.

Dalma also guides trainees through what it truly means to become a yoga teacher in Berlin: professional responsibility, structure, sustainability, and conscious decision-making.

Her teaching is precise, embodied, and grounded in understanding — inviting students to question, explore, and take ownership of their path.
