Terms & Conditions – Rocket Station Yoga Berlin

1. Booking and Payment

You can book our classes in the following ways:

• Online via Eversports

• Urban Sports Club (USC) for USC members

• In-person at the studio, depending on availability

Payments can be made:

• Online via Eversports

• In-person via card payment (we do not accept cash)

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before class starts.

• For drop-in or single class passes, your credit will be forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show. Refunds or rescheduling are not available.

• For unlimited memberships, no charges or penalties apply for late cancellations.

• For USC bookings, the Urban Sports Club cancellation policy applies. Rocket Station Yoga has no control over late cancellation or no-show policies processed through the USC app.

3. Extensions & Missed Classes

• We do not offer extensions for cards or memberships due to personal vacations.

• In the case of illness, we may consider individual arrangements. Please email us in advance to discuss options.

• If a class is cancelled by us, you will receive a replacement credit to use for a future class. Refunds are not provided.

4. Participation at Your Own Risk

All participation in classes and events is at your own risk and responsibility. Please inform the teacher in advance of any injuries or health conditions. Rocket Station Yoga is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from improper execution or lack of disclosure.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and used solely for internal communication and organization. We do not share your data with third parties.
