Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive and transformative journey, designed to equip you with a deep understanding of yoga and the skills to confidently lead classes. This training empowers you to guide others while expanding your own knowledge of body and mind.

What is ahead of us:

• Intensive Week in Brandenburg
  A focused week of practice and study in a beautiful retreat setting in Brandenburg. Accommodation and full board are included, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the training and personal growth.
• Comprehensive Curriculum and Materials Included
  The training spans one intensive week in Brandenburg, followed by six full weekends (Saturday and Sunday). All course materials are included—a printed manual and various literature in PDF format to support your learning.
• Yoga Alliance Certified
  Our training is certified by The International Yoga Alliance, which allows you to earn an internationally recognized credential upon completion. This is also a unique opportunity to potentially join the Rocket Station teacher crew if you demonstrate strong commitment and talent!

  

  Learning structure:

• Techniques, Training, and Practice (85 Hours)
  Comprehensive asana practice with a focus on Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, including sequencing, alignment principles, and adjustments. The training also includes advanced pranayama techniques and meditation to enhance breath awareness and mental clarity.
• Anatomy and Physiology (30 Hours)
  In-depth exploration of the muscular and skeletal systems, the biomechanics of asanas, the nervous system, and the stress-regulating effects of yoga.
• Yoga Humanities (30 Hours)
  Discover the history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras, Yamas, and Niyamas, and how these principles can be integrated into everyday practice.
• Professional Essentials (55 Hours)
  Everything you need to know about teaching methodology, class sequencing, and the practical aspects of being a yoga teacher—from didactics to ethics to marketing. This training prepares you thoroughly for the path of teaching.
