Where:
A cozy, family-run three-star superior hotel in Rathenow, Brandenburg with 8 rooms and 1 suite all equipped with beds made by Power Sleeping System from  SAMINA. The venue has its own Sauna World, huge garden, 3 natural pools, open air fire place,  fully equipped yoga shala or a spacious outdoor terrace by the pool if we decide to practice under the blue sky. What else could we wish from a yoga retreat venue? ? Easy access from Berlin – direct train in every hour (59 mins ride). Truly a paradise – exclusively for us!

What is ahead of us:
– Starting the day with meditation, a cup of tea or a strong coffee and we step on our yoga mats.

– Abundant organic vegan  brunch – make your own cereal mix from seeds to flakes or have some hand made bread from the local bakery

– Time to digest – read your book in the garden, rent a bike and go for little trip, check out the historical city center of Rathenow, take a nap or basically do whatever feels good ? Or treat yourself in a deluxe way and book a massage (56?/ 60 mins)

– Afternoon practice – a strong flow to enjoy the sauna world even more afterwards

-3 hours full access to the sauna complex: huge Finnish sauna where the infusion ceremonies take place, an herbal sauna, steam cabin, cold dipping pool inside and/or natural pool outside. Two relax rooms – one for those who prefer silence and one for those who have a lot to share ?

-Organic vegan dinner together

– Yin yoga / sound meditation to wrap up the day
