Classes

Rocket Yoga is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga  based practice that includes postures from the primary and intermediate series.

The class is energetic, fun and up-lifting. We go quite often upside down, searching for our limits and then respectfully attacking those limits. The focus is not on what you can not do but on what you can! And you can definitely do much more than what you think.

Rocket yoga gives space to everyone to try, to fly, to fall and to try again. Instead of grasping onto the idea of perfection, we learn how to let go  – let go of concerns, fear, expectations and prejudices.
While discovering our own capabilities, we embrace discipline – discipline that doesn’t restrict us but on the other way around, it  gives us a solid base and  self-trust which is the “entry ticket” to freedom. On the mat and off the mat as well.

The focus of Rocket I is the lower half of the body. There are more variations in standing poses and an extended seated sequence based on the poses from the Primary Series (forward-bending practice). Spiced up with all the signature arm balances.

Focus on hips, the back, upper body and core. There are more seated poses, and this routine consists of arm balancing, backward bending and hip opening.

Rocket 3 Masterclass — a monthly 120-minute practice to explore, play, and push your limits.
Rocket III combines poses from both Rocket I and Rocket II. It has the most poses, so students experience a wider range of movement.
Strong. Fun. A little wild.
After class, we slow it down: bring a small snack and stay for an indoor picnic — good people, good food, easy time together.

Rocket what?? Exactly! Then this is a class for you. Here we learn the rocket sequence step by step, focusing on proper alignment, explaining the transitions more in detail. So next when you arrive at a Rocket Yoga lesson, you will know where and how to flow.

Rocket Asana Lab helps you to refine your alignment, increase your pose integrity and prevent overuse/ repetitive strain. With clear instructions and helpful information you will get to know about common misalignments, benefits and contraindications. We believe that the idea of one correct way to do a yoga pose is outdated. Join us to explore modifications and learn to customize the postures in a safe and healthy way. All are welcome! From the beginner to the seasoned yogi – there is something for everyone 😉

Discover the foundations of bodyweight strength training.

This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamental principles of calisthenics in a supportive and accessible way. Using your own body weight as resistance, you’ll learn how to build strength, control, coordination, and confidence through progressive exercises and movement patterns.

We will explore foundational skills such as pushing, squatting, balancing, core control, and full-body strength while developing the mobility and stability needed for more advanced movements in the future.

No previous experience is required, and you do not need to be able to do a pull-up, push-up, or any other calisthenics skill to join. The focus is on learning proper technique, building a strong foundation, and progressing at your own pace.

We begin with gentle grounding and somatic exercises to arrive fully in the body—softening tension, awakening sensation, and creating a safe space to feel. You will get some scientific understanding about how the practice affects the body and the mind. From there, we move into several rounds of Conscious Connected Breathwork, allowing the breath to guide you into deeper layers of experience, release, and insight.

Followed by integration, giving space for the body and mind to process and settle. This class is an invitation to reconnect—with yourself, your sensations.

Move better, feel better.

A class designed to help you move more freely, release built-up tension, and improve your overall flexibility.
Through a combination of deep stretches, mobility exercises, active flexibility work, and targeted release techniques, we’ll explore ways to improve range of motion while helping the body let go of unnecessary tightness.

Expect a slower-paced practice with plenty of time to settle into stretches, breathe, and connect with your body. We will focus on commonly tight areas such as the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, chest, and spine, creating space where you need it most.

Whether you’re looking to complement your strength training, improve your yoga practice, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, this class offers the perfect balance of release and restoration.

Leave feeling longer, lighter, and more spacious in your body.

This class is dedicated to building a strong, stable and sustainable handstand practice.

We focus on targeted conditioning for shoulders, core, wrists and hips, as well as specific handstand drills to improve balance, alignment and control.

Expect strength work, mobility preparation and technical exercises both on the wall and in free space. The class is not flow-based and does not include vinyasa sequences. Instead, we break movements down step by step, allowing time to understand, feel and refine each element.

Suitable for practitioners who want to develop strength and body awareness for handstands, whether you are working on your first holds or refining an existing practice.

A slow paced practice focused on relaxing the body and calming the mind. We start with a slower paced flow with deep breaths and long holds. Then we tune into stretching both muscles and connective tissues, turning the yang energy into a peaceful yin practice. Calming down, grounding, leaving all the stress of the day behind.

A dynamic class focused on improving mobility and flexibility. Through fluid movements, active and passive stretches, and targeted mobility exercises, we work on making the body more supple and agile.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to enhance joint health, release tension, and gain more freedom of movement in daily life or in their yoga & sports practice. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you’ll find the perfect balance between strength and flexibility here. Flow

This recovery focused yoga practice will help you restore the asymmetries of your day to day life, and allow you to continue to do the other sport routines you love for longer and more sustainably. The first half of the class will incorporate strength and active stretch, as well as mindful somatic movement practices, to help achieve a full range of healthy mobility and mind body integration. We will end with passive stretches self massage techniques, and pranayama (breathe work) to help reorganise your myofascial tissues and reset your nervous system to prepare for downregulation and, eventually, sleep.

Move beyond stretching and discover new ways of exploring your body.

This playful and dynamic practice combines mobility training, strength, coordination, and movement exploration to help you build a body that moves with freedom, control, and confidence.

Drawing inspiration from animal locomotion, martial arts, and functional movement, we’ll crawl, roll, twist, spiral, balance, and travel through space in creative and unexpected ways. Along the way, you’ll improve joint mobility, active range of motion, body awareness, and overall movement quality.

Expect a practice that is curious, challenging, and fun. You may arrive thinking you’re coming to work on mobility and leave surprised by how much you’ve moved—and how much you’ve learned about your body.

Perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and expand their movement vocabulary.

Navakarana Yoga integrates movement, breath, and rhythm into a deeply intentional flow. Rooted in the art of vinyasa krama (progressive sequencing), this method emphasizes the harmony of body, breath, and mind while aligning with the natural rhythms of the moon cycle.
