Betti Rompos
Mens sana in corpore sano
more about me
Ciao Guys, my name is Bernadett Rompos, Hungarian dancer, yoga teacher, pilates and barre instructor coming to Berlin from Prague.
My background is 25 years of dancing (modern & contemporary). After an ugly injury, I turned towards yoga – hoping for recovery. The process was very slow, but it worked! After recovering in 2016, I decided to dive deeper into yoga, and went to an ashram in Rishikesh for my first 200 Yoga Teacher Training. And of course, meanwhile I fell in love with yoga. Training, courses, more training, more courses followed, and keep following each other – a never ending learning journey, right?:)
Currently I teach vinyasa, rocket and ashtanga yoga, as well as pilates, full body workout, and high interval training. I believe in diversity on and off the mat. Treating both mind and body with respect and gratitude is the key. Keep exploring, experimenting, mindfully attacking our limits – this is where the fun begins
Mens sana in corpore sano ( “a healthy mind in a healthy body”) – why not to start work on this already today

Simple, steady, and a bit on fire!
more about me
Hey, I’m Dalma – born in Hungary, living in Berlin for the past 12 years, and always somewhere between movement, music and a bit of everything.
After trying out all sorts of things (musical theatre, cafés, solar panels, psychology…), yoga is the one thing that truly stole my heart. Not just the poses – but the way it makes us feel at home in our own bodies.
I love helping people understand their own bodies better and find a yoga practice that feels good, makes sense, and is actually fun – not something you “should” do, but something you want to do.
My classes mix breath, music, playful flows, and a good dose of curiosity. For me, yoga is about showing up regularly, enjoying the process, and building a connection to yourself.
Let’s keep it simple, steady, and a bit on fire – I’d love to see you on the mat!

more about me
At one point in my life I felt like I needed more than just the corporate job, my career and the pursuit of things that didn’t resonate with me. Discovering yoga, the physical practice but especially the conscious mindful practice changed everything for me. Now Yoga is an essential part of many things I do, the way I interact with the world around me and especially my path towards getting to know myself.
I am grateful that I found my passion in practicing, studying and sharing Yoga. It brought me so many ideas, rituals and most importantly a vibrant community which makes me feel more welcome and included than ever. I love being able to share my yoga with people around me, inspiring and motivating others and being part of their transformative path as much as other Yogis are part of mine.
I’m looking forward to having you in my class to experience a conscious, mindful and at the same time energizing and uplifting yoga flow.

New ways to express creativity
more about me
I am Apollonia and I am passionate about finding new ways to express creativity.
Being a Yoga teacher has always been a wish I had in life which I then finally fulfilled myself in 2020 and then again in 2021. What I love about being a teacher is that I fully appreciate staying a student forever. There is so much to learn.
Sharing the playground with people and setting body, mind and muscles new challenges are the biggest gifts for me.
My monkey mind rests best when the heart beats and smiles.
I am a sucker for acrobatics and also teach Poledance.
So sometimes we are going to act as if gravity does not exist for us.
When I’m not on the mat or in the air I am cooking, handcrafting or playing the harp.

Anna Moser
I'm rooted but I flow
more about me
Hello everyone, I’m Anna. Born and raised in Freiburg, dancing has always been part of my life, whether dressed up in the hallway or in the dance studio. The main thing was that I was with myself and with the music. My first contact with yoga was during my studies in movement education and dance in social work. Since then, yoga has not only become a movement practice for me in which I can flow with my breath, but also an anchor. The moment when I stand on the mat, feel myself, trust my body and flow with it is always a gift for me. There is so much knowledge within us that always comes to light when we come into contact with ourselves in movement and reflect. Together we create a wonderfully calm and powerful space. After a wonderful time at Rocket Studio, I decided to do a Vinyasa Yoga training in 2024, which above all gave me an even deeper insight into the philosophy of yoga. Now I am looking forward to the classes together where we can share our practice. Playful, flowing and open to the unfamiliar, knowing that every day is different.

Strengthening the body while cultivating mental clarity
more about me
I’m Marina, and I teach navakaraṇa vinyāsa. I first discovered this practice in Spain in 2021, and it immediately resonated with me. I was drawn to how it blends breath, movement, and rhythm into a powerful flow that challenges both the body and mind. This practice offers continuous opportunities for growth, strengthening the body while cultivating mental clarity.
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to deepening my practice, completing 432 hours of training. I continue to learn and evolve with this method, which has become an essential part of my life. Inspired by the transformative benefits it has brought me, I decided to share it with others so they can experience its positive impact as well.

Cultivating strength, balance, and endurance
more about me
After a long search for something that could help my chronic back pain, I finally discovered a consistent yoga practice.
Experiencing how increased flexibility and strength create a sense of balance that reaches far beyond the yoga mat is what turned me into a passionate yogi.
I love the physically demanding and challenging aspects of yoga, combined with the practice of calmness and ease. Cultivating strength, balance, and endurance—while adapting the practice to each individual’s needs—are the qualities I aim to bring into my classes.

A space where you feel safe
more about me
I regularly guide Yin Yoga and Sound Baths, while also cherishing the chance to share other practices, like Vinyasa or Mobility & Flexibility. My classes aim to meditatively invite into present moment awareness – spaces where you can feel held, safe, and gently encouraged to meet deeper parts of self. I teach with a trauma-informed and inclusive approach, honoring yoga as a path of nervous system regulation and a tender unfolding of potential.
Beyond the mat, I’m nourished by sunlight and the peace I find in nature which I hope to weave into practice. Balancing the Yin with the Yang, in my personal practice I enjoy Rocket which I have trainined in at Rocket Station.

Developing trust in your own body
more about me
Hi, I’m Doro, born and raised in Berlin. I have been vaulting for 25
years and have now found my way to yoga. Both worlds – on the horseback
in vaulting and on the mat in yoga – have taught me how to unite body
awareness, mindfulness and expression in movement. It’s about being in
the moment, directing your breath consciously and developing trust in
your own body. I look forward to experiencing this combination of
creative movement, powerful stability and inner peace together with you.

Mindful movement, breathwork, deep emphasis
more about me
Hi! I’m Lauren. Originally from the USA, I began practicing yoga in 2012. For the first ten years of my career, I worked in global health and traveled all over the world. No matter where I landed, my yoga practice came with me—it kept me grounded, active, and connected through constant change.
After moving to Berlin in 2022, I followed another calling and became a Doula, supporting families as they stepped into a new chapter of life. I’d always dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher, and in 2025 the stars aligned and I finally had the chance to complete my 200-hour teacher training with Rocket Station.
Today, I teach with the intention of creating a warm, welcoming, and accessible space for everyone. My classes weave together mindful movement, breathwork, and a deep emphasis on listening to your body. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Cultivating inner stability
more about me
Hi, I’m Edita. I come from Prague, the Czech Republic, and moved to Berlin in 2022. Over the years, I got certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and even Kundalini yoga and have taught yoga in the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Germany. I’ve always been fascinated by the spiritual aspect of yoga, its philosophy and cosmology, and also personal growth, and self-mastery.
My classes are a natural extension of who I’ve become on this long journey. I create space for both depth and lightness, combining mindful sequencing, attention to alignment, and a gentle invitation to turn inward.
I support students in discovering their own strength on and off the mat, cultivating inner stability, and leaving the practice feeling more balanced and at ease.

Discover potential and build confidence
more about me
Hi, I am Hanna – a handstand addict, rock climber and a forever yoga student. I finished 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 in India, followed by masterclasses on Rocket and Handstands and finally 200h Rocket and Vinyasa at the Rocket Station Berlin in 2026 to kickstart into supporting curious individuals in their journey to discover yoga and their physical capabilities. I believe that when you trust your potential and keep showing up, suddenly, what once felt impossible becomes something you’ll want to return to again and again.
In your practice with me, you can expect all my favourite ways to move to build confidence, find challenges for balance and carve strength into our bodies. I will introduce sequences layered with step-by-step instructions for arm balances, headstands, some handstands, address shoulder stability and hip mobility to surprise ourselves what our potential has in store. I believe in you!

Challenge yourself with kindness
more about me
Hi, I’m Anni.
Movement has always fascinated me, not only as a physical practice but also as a way to better understand ourselves. I love exploring how anatomy, physiology, and mindful movement come together to support both physical and mental well-being.
Yoga has been a constant companion through some of the more challenging periods of my life. It helped me reconnect with myself, rebuild trust in my body, and find a sense of grounding when I needed it most. Because of this, sharing Yoga is much more than teaching movement for me—it is something deeply personal and close to my heart.
I just completed my Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga Teacher Training at Rocket Station and in my classes, I aim to create a space where curiosity, self-awareness, and joyful movement can coexist. A space where students feel encouraged to explore their practice, challenge themselves with kindness, and connect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

Feeling strong, capable, present
more about me
Hi! I’m Lene. I’m a foodie, a sports lover, and someone who’s curious about how our bodies and minds work. Movement has always been an important part of my life. Whether it’s running, strength and handstand training, hiking, or (especially) yoga, I love exploring how movement can create well-being beyond the physical.
I’m naturally drawn to the more dynamic styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, because I enjoy both the physical challenge and the creativity they offer. At the same time, yoga helps me to find balance, staying curious, and meeting yourself with a little more awareness and a little less judgment.
I completed my Vinyasa & Rocket YTT in 2026 at Rocket Station. In my classes, you can expect creative sequencing, playful transitions, and the occasional challenge. Above all, I hope you’ll leave feeling strong, capable, present, and with a big smile on your face.

Always keep questioning and exploring
more about me
Dear Rocket Station community,
I am Kristin, born and raised in Berlin – and fascinated with the world and particularly Latin America, diverse cultures, and languages.
When you join my classes, you can expect creative flows – while doing some genuine work on alignment, focus, and breath. This can mean we will be building strength and mobility – or we take on an adventure into inversions or deeper backbends. For my yoga classes, I draw inspiration from rocket, ashtanga, and prana vashya yoga.
It is my intention to provide the space for my students to grow on and off the mat – by challenging your body, your beliefs, and your interactions with the outside world. So, be consistent, stay humble, and keep exploring – and progress will come your way 🙂
